Mazda 2008 Service at facility for an older model Mazda Tribute was horrendous. Took approximately 30 days to get my vehicle back. The so called expert mechanic Service at facility for an older model Mazda Tribute was horrendous. Took approximately 30 days to get my vehicle back. The so called expert mechanic replaced valves as a remedy to my issue which was a transmission leak. I received my SUV back with masking tape on the window. Manager offered to fix for free. Returned 2x for a transmission leak. One manager tried to make me look as if I did not know what transmission oil looks like. Next manager comes says it’s transmission oil and states it’s the AC condenser. Offers to pay for labor but up charged the part (AC Condensor) thinking I didn’t know any better. I thought I met at least one honest person and that this dealership would be the new services for my Older SUV. Needless to say not even 3 weeks later the engine light comes on and that was the other reason I had the vehicle brought to this facility. Dishonest at best. I see a few reviews that rave about their Service but it’s a con game. As soon as that vehicle is older the upcharge will begin. All though they claim guaranteed I will never step foot in the facility again. Just Poor Mazda Service More

It was time for the all point servicing on my 2016 Equinox and I needed wiper blades for my Equinox. I didn't have to wait two hours to get this done. I just wished, if you pay over a certain amount of money for your service on your vehicle, they had taken my Equinox to the car wash place a few hundred feet next door. When I had my Nissan, they would do that for you if you spent more than $50.00. More
