Got the Mazda 6 Reserve I was looking for & delivered timely Izear Hogan was my salesperson and he was very professional (even when I met him back in November 2018) and thorough in going through all aspects of m Izear Hogan was my salesperson and he was very professional (even when I met him back in November 2018) and thorough in going through all aspects of my new Mazda 6 Reserve that I purchased on January 2. Sales staff and Finance person (Richard) were quick and thorough with getting me the vehicle I was looking for and had me in the car within a couple days. Their on Staff I used to live them but my latest interaction has me telling everyone I praised them to to run. I went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I I used to live them but my latest interaction has me telling everyone I praised them to to run. I went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I got back my car and LED low/high beam headlight bulbs were gone and replaced with standard led light bulbs. Since i realized it after business hours on Saturday I returned First thing Monday morning and sat for 2.5 hrs just for them to try and convince me that my lights were fine. How do you try and convince a customer that the lights on there car are the same when they now have standard lights and when they brought the car in they had a different type of LED. I am so disappointed and since I kept being disregarded in what I was explaining as to why those weren’t my bulbs; I will tell everyone that with their Gold Star awards they still have their working for them.
