Great service I called early in the morning for an afternoon oil change. I had neglected my service message for a couple of weeks and the day I called was the only I called early in the morning for an afternoon oil change. I had neglected my service message for a couple of weeks and the day I called was the only day I had free for another week. I was told that the afternoon was very booked, but they would squeeze me in. I don't mind waiting, because the waiting room is clean and comfortable. All around good experience! More

Why would the customer be responsible for their own transportation needs ? I had to ask for a loaner and then told we don’t have any .it wasn’t until I told the rep that’s not my fault they said they would see what they can do. I was then told I had to rush down to the dealership so we can go to enterprise to get me a vehicle. I’m sorry but I can’t just drop everything I’m doing to be at the dealership in an hour. I had to find my own means to get a vehicle for the day. More

Worst service in the entire state of a Connecticut. I went for a simple tune up during my appointment at 7:45 AM. I didn’t get any updates or information on my car till I called back and didn’t revive t I went for a simple tune up during my appointment at 7:45 AM. I didn’t get any updates or information on my car till I called back and didn’t revive the work on the car I asked for. I revived my car around 5:00 pm that same day and was late to work. 4 hours (40 miles) later my engine is stalling and my transmission is slipping. My car is also pulling to the left. I paid over $900 for this all around terrible service and when I told the manager I wanted to get my money back he denied any an every attempt to work work with the customer. Then I asked for a corporate number to call and I got an attitude with the service memebers in the phone as well. The managers couldn’t even make eye contact with me when I was talking to him. Disrespectful, rude, inconsiderate, are all the words and then some to describe this terrible business and service. I’ve also been told by the Coorprate office that I have been blacklisted from this store after calling them out on there terrible service. Don’t take you car and money here. They will screw you over and not even care. More

Always efficient Always take both my vehicles to Partyka for oil changes and tire rotations. Also any possible recalls, as they are on top of any possible issues!!
