BEST SERVICE CENTER IN SPOKANE VALLEY I have been taking my Suzuki here for a couple years now. They explain what's going on with your car and tell you how there going to fix it..... Service Dept Had my car towed to Hallmark on December 18th, as of today February 2nd, they still have my car. They have told me it was this part or that part that needs replacing. This part or that part can only be ordered from Japan. Come to find out, not the part. Now a whole different issue. Service manager has told me" I want this car gone as well". These people are supposed to be professionals. They have know clue what's wrong with my car. Calls are never returned. They get upset when I call back 3 days later. Never, never do business with these idiots More
Excellent work! They were honest and fixed my car again after they fixed my egr vavle..... We drove my Suziki home and had a heater problem...my car was overheating! Caled them brought my car back to them...they had my car for a couple of days....die to the New Year! They replaced my seat that was recalled and they fixed my problem with out a charge! I love that place they have great integrity!! I will be forever one of their loyal customers! Great Job! More
Steering issues My car was making noise when turning. I added steering fluid and the problem persisted. I took it into Hallmark. I needed a rental and they told me that I would have to pay for it but it was only $30 a day at their rates. They checked my car for $50. and didn't find anything wrong. It was explained to me that it could have been an air bubble but they took it all apart and everything was in good shape with no leaks. I really appreciated their honesty. Got my car back and it is actually steering better, so whatever they did worked. Becky was super and so were the mechanics that helped me. I would take my car back here in a heartbeat. The dealership needs to build them a new garage. They do have a waiting room and a clean bathroom but they need to update. More

Service manager telephoned Thrifty. Marcus picked us up and we went to their Northside location. He said Suzuki paid for the rental but I should get insurance. I asked to be sure --"Yea, they pay for the car." Being a Montana Rube, I bought $31 of insurance (after having just saved the $30 rental). However, when I got home I saw, on my invoice from Suzuki, $35 for "sublet 5507." When I called I learned it was for the car. Yea, right, Suzuki "paid for the car" with my money. And which scammer gets the additional $5. More
Very unfriendly, expensive, lost part after been there had them checked the engine, and been asked $500+tax just for checking. after that asking 2500 for repairing and not guranteed fix it well. so I deni had them checked the engine, and been asked $500+tax just for checking. after that asking 2500 for repairing and not guranteed fix it well. so I denied to fix it. I went to there and towed it back. after I got home found out they didn't put the engine part back to my car. even though I got some parts after I let them know, there were still lot of things missing, such as water tank, engine top cover.... I don't know much about the missing part after I towed to other place to check it. I called them to argue about it, they said they gave me back all the parts. they said I lost in other place.... so bad experience with this suzuki dealer!!!! More
