What Warranty? I took my Veloster Turbo in to have the Bluetooth and Automatic Volume Control fixed. After two hours of working on it, the service advisor came to and told me that both seemed to be working as intended. The excuse for the Bluetooth was that my iPhone 6 was too new and Hyundai did not support it. As for the AVC, they attempted to convince me that I just couldn't detect the changes in volume. (That's a decent way of avoiding repairs-- lying to your customers about the functionality of their vehicles) After this pathetic attempt at "service," I contacted the Hyundai corporate office and was put in contact with the district manager of parts and service. She directed me to Wilson County Hyundai where they actually took the time to update the head unit in my car and fix both of my problems. I do not understand why Hallmark was unwilling/unable to do this for me, but the experience was pathetic. Avoid this service department if the Hyundai warranty matters to you-- they simply ignore it. There's a reason Wilson County Hyundai wins so many awards with its service department: they take care of their customers. I wouldn't advise anyone to use Hallmark for any of their services. There are too many other dealers in the area that do better work. More

The service manager who I had never seen before nor dealt with since purchasing my car a year before was rude and very unprofessional. The sales team was great and the service I have received has always bee with since purchasing my car a year before was rude and very unprofessional. The sales team was great and the service I have received has always been exceptional. I previously dealt with someone named Alan who was very professional and always helpful as well but he was not there. The manager made me feel as if I was bothering her for bringing my vehicle in, then did not want to listen to what I had to say, rolled her eyes at one point and spoke rudely to me. I will never take my vehcile back to the Hendersonville store again nor will I recommend it to friends and family as I have in the past. Sad that such an amazing dealership employs such low quality leaders. More
I highly recommend Hallmark Hyundia to anyone looking to purchase a Hyundai. I currently drive a Sonata and will drive nothing but Hyundai's from Hallmark. I walked into Hallmark and spoke with Curtis an purchase a Hyundai. I currently drive a Sonata and will drive nothing but Hyundai's from Hallmark. I walked into Hallmark and spoke with Curtis and Chris about a mouse being in my car, I am terrified of mice. Curtis and Chris treated me better than I could have ever expected. They took my car in and had their team go over it with a fine tooth comb looking for any damage to the wiring or any other part of my car due to the mouse. My car was also detailed making sure the mouse was no longer there. This is just one of the many fantastic service experiences I have had there. I have pulled my car into service with a cd stuck in the cd player. The cd was removed and I was back on the road again in minutes. Hallmark has also had to fix a problem with my sunroof switch, that another dealer "fixed". I did not purchase my Sonata from Hallmark, but I can assure you, my future Hyundai's WILL come from Hallmark. I can promise you, you will not find a more helpful and professional dealership than Hallmark Hyundai. Curtis, Chris, and your staff I thank you both for your professionalism and all of your help each and every time I have come in. You have gained life long cutomers with our family!!! More

I missed seeing Anette yesterday when I brought in my Sonata for routine maintenance, but Chris was just as wonderful, professional, and nice!! I ended up needing a new tire, and Chris was patient while I called Discount Tire. He even gave me thier number and the exact details on the tire so I could shop apples to apples. He was patient and didn't pressure me. I ended up getting the tire at the dealer even though it was about $40 more, mainly because of Chris! Hallmark Hyundai is #1 in my book!! More
I have been dealing with this dealership a little over 3 years. I purchased my Santa Fe used and from beginning to finish it has been my most pleasant interactions with a dealership, salesmen and support st years. Many of the people I normally deal with are gone, but I still return to have my car serviced and I am always treated with warm reception. When I make an appointment, they are usually awaiting my arrival and if I happen to just walk in they are quick to work me in and get me in and out. The people at this Hyundai have a family feel and I am proud to be a part of this Hyundai family... I refer everyone I know to this dealership, I don't even want any perks, I just want everyone to enjoy what I enjoyed, a pleasant car buying experience. I love this business and their employees. More

We dropped our car off at Hallmark Hyundai in Hendersonville, TN for an oil leak on our 2013 Hyundai Genesis coupe. My husband picked it up 6 days later and I told him to call me when he picked it up because I had written down the mileage when I dropped it off. It had 1,024 mi on it when we dropped it off and when he picked it up, it had 1,270!! It was sitting on dead empty. They had given us a loaner car 2 days after we had dropped our car off and the guy that worked there told my husband to make sure we returned the car with gas in it! That's not the half of it though, after he drove our car straight home, we found a dent on the roof of the car! I can assure you it was not there when we dropped the vehicle off...as we had only had the vechicle for 5 weeks before we dropped it off and my husband had washed the car at least 6 times during the time we had it. When I called the dealership about the miles and dent, they had no reasonable explanation about either. I asked if they had cameras on the lot and was told by the service manager that they did not....are you kidding me?! No cameras?! Like I'm supposed to believe that! I had to take off of work just to take the car back over there to deal with this mess after they had it for 6 days. Now, I have to take it back over there again for them to repair the dent in the car. Talk about being sick....I'm beyond sick! and no explanation as to why the car had 250 mi put on it other than we had to "test drive" it or I must have written the mileage down wrong. The general manager did say that since I had a sporty car that it made him wonder about it being driven. What incompetence! I spoke with the service manager and then the General Mgr. They offered to repair the dent, give me a full tank of gas and a free oil change. However, what kind of people do this to someone's brand new car? I will be writing a letter to the owner and to Hyundai and tell everyone I know to stay away from this dealership! By the way, on the invoice, they had the mileage in as 1230 and the mileage out at 1245 ...they falsified the invoice. The car was sitting at 1270 miles when we picked it up! We didn't buy our car here, we only had it serviced here but never again! I've heard that dealerships don't like to service cars that they didn't sell...maybe that's why they treated my car like a piece of trash! We also have never owned a Hyundai and if this is any indication of what one is like, then I will never be buying another one! I have NEVER experienced anything like this before...these people need to be closed down! More
my warranty concern was dismissed as normal wear. why should the rubber around the door breaking up on a 2009 mint condition car be normal? he assumed that it is from when i make contact getting in or ou should the rubber around the door breaking up on a 2009 mint condition car be normal? he assumed that it is from when i make contact getting in or out of the car which is not true, unless i get in with my shoulders! i spoke with hyundai and they located another dealer that stated they have seen a lot of this and they normally fix it under warranty. they asked me to go to that dealership. the owners should be ashamed for a $120 repair the service mgr will cost hallmark a sale..i have bought 2 hyundai autos in less than 5 years and am close to another. where do you think i will go? i guess if the leather comes loose on my steering wheel they will say i gripped it too hard! want some truth, when i asked allen for the phone # to call and complain he was happy to put it on his card, it was the phone # to road-side assistance!! what a joke More
