Again a disabled veteran gets screws by Hyundai of Hendersonville TN. Oh by the way the GM doesn't call back and appear clueless in how to handle customer satisfaction. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! On 7/28/16 I took my 2011 Sonata in for an oil change and 3 recalls. I got my car back and the trunk & gas lid release would not function. Many phone On 7/28/16 I took my 2011 Sonata in for an oil change and 3 recalls. I got my car back and the trunk & gas lid release would not function. Many phone calls later & sarcastic remarks from service they agreed they had made a mistake and “waived” the cost to repair it. Then I got my car back and I could barely turn the steering wheel. More attitude from service but they said my tire was extremely low & I must have a nail in it It was not low when I took it in and should not have gone flat in the hour they had my car. Discount Tire agreed no nail. However, now the steering was extremely loose. After many sarcastic & rude conversations with Andrew he was able to get it covered under a Hyundai recall. Then finally, my car pulled really bad once I got it back. Andrew was not a pleasant person to deal with. I know my car is 2011 & not mint condition but no way would I have not mentioned these issues to them when I took my car in for service – if the issues existed at that time. It was the most horrible experience I have ever had in dealing with any type of business. I received a recall notice and needed an oil change so on 4/19/17 I called & Andrew Stefanescu informed me that Hallmark Hyundai would no longer service my vehicle. I purchased my car there & they have serviced my car for 7 years. Could only say nice things until I had to deal with Andrew Stefanescu. I will be reporting them to Hyundai in regards to the safety recall being declined. More

I don't own a Hyundai but if they treat every customer like that, they maye certainly earn my business one day. Thank you for all your help. :) More

Recall service/Outstanding customer service In March 2015, I took my '08 Sonata to Hallmark Hyundai in Hendersonville for some recall service. I met Sasha in the service dept. who was extremely In March 2015, I took my '08 Sonata to Hallmark Hyundai in Hendersonville for some recall service. I met Sasha in the service dept. who was extremely nice, upbeat, and accommodating. After researching the recalls for my vehicle, and communicating with the folks who actually work on the vehicles, she advised that they would possibly have to keep my vehicle for several days. Sasha then provided a brand new Elantra for my use while the recall work was being performed. Every interaction that I had with Sasha, and subsequently Julie (when I ultimately picked up my Sonata). was very positive. They could not have treated me any better, acting as though I had just purchased their highest priced vehicle, instead of walking out the door without dropping a dime due to all the work being related to recalls. Then, when I stopped by the dealership this morning to verbally express my appreciation to the Manager (John Ferguson), every employee I passed inside said hello and gave me the impression they were happy to see me. John wasn't in, but I will stop by again next week to personally advise him of my experience. It remains to be seen if the service work was performed correctly, but there was no question that the ladies providing the customer service for the Service Dept. were outstanding ambassadors for the dealership.
