Before you buy any car from this Hallmark Hyundai, READ THE SERVICE REVIEWS! They’re great at selling cars but aweful when it comes to servicing what they sell. 2 months for an oil change appt and 2 month THE SERVICE REVIEWS! They’re great at selling cars but aweful when it comes to servicing what they sell. 2 months for an oil change appt and 2 months for a malfunction light which can mean a minor or a major issue. Most of my neighbors have bad experience with the service dept at this dealership and they’re all willing to drive several miles to go to Cool Springs Hyundai in Franklin or Jim Johnson Hyundai in Bowling Green. It took 2 days for them to do an oil change and tire rotation on a neighbor’s Palisade then she still waited another hour and a half when she got there at the time they told her it’ll be ready. I wish I knew about their experiences before I purchased my car at Hallmark Hyundai or I would’ve bought a different vehicle from a dealership with good service reviews. I guess they don’t care as long as they already sold you the car. I will NEVER recommend buying a car from Hallmark Hyundai! More
If I could rank less than 1, I completely would! This service department is worse than worse. I have purchased a 19 Santa Fe directly from this dealer and have had exactly one service that was even accep service department is worse than worse. I have purchased a 19 Santa Fe directly from this dealer and have had exactly one service that was even acceptable in 3 years. They are CONSTANTLY updating the phone lines, and when they are working, they can't answer them. The latest stunt was having an oil change scheduled a week ago and mistakenly doing a "drop off" meaning after 5 hours and 3 phone calls, it's the "2nd in line to be done". NEVER buy from them, and more importantly never use the service department! More
I get that when businesses are booming the customer suffers and business must be booming because it takes six weeks just to get an appointment for any kind of service to your Hyundai. All I needed was for then to reprogram my FOB key so when I arrived for my much anticipated appointment, my first surprise was that to reprogram the FOB key wouldbe $128.90. The second surprise was that it would take two and a half hours?? This is either the most inefficient Hyundai dealer on the planet or................? I cancelled the service and would NEVER go back to this business for any reason. They were not even nice about it! More

She identified the problem with my vehicle and explained the process. After having my car told she remembered me and identified my voice when in person from my first phone call interaction. I was updated on the progress. I was very confident with my car being repaired based on the service I received. Returning the rental and picking up my car was a delight as well- the service manager was great too. Your organization is such a delight even when dealing with a stressful situation... i.e my engine shutting down completely and four other recalls . Keep up the great work More

Hyundai thanks for going the extra mile to fix my issue. Victor sales manager gave me a loaner no hesitation other dealership said have to check with hyundai. Thanks Victor. I have been a loyal customer to Hyundai and Kia all the way back to the Hyundai excel hatchback. You have come a long way.
