This is the 3rd Hyundai I have purchased from this Dealer. 2004 Elantra, 2011 Sante Fe and now, a 2012 Sonata Hybrid. Marcelo was our salesman on the Sante Fe (excellent serice/buying experience) and he has always kept in touch and spent time with us when we came in for service, so there was no one else that was going to help me with the Sonata but him. He has consistently shown superior product knowledge on all of the vehicles offered at your dealership, has never pressured in any way and has actually made buying a new car bearable. I have bought 12 new cars in my life and until Marcelo, I could not make that statement. Your service and parts dept. employees have always been 1st class also. All 3 of our Hyundai vehicles have been as good or better than any I have owned which includes Audi and Acura. Excellent vehicles, sales and service and we recommend Marcelo and Hallmark Hyundai constantly. Kudos to Hyundai Motors, Hyundai Finance and to your entire staff at Hallmark. More
