The salesperson that sold me my Azera was no longer there when I went back for assistance. No one seemed to want to take ownership of any issues I had. I have recieved numerous calls from telemarketers on behalf of Hallmark over the past year When I explain some of the issues I've had they tell me they will pass it along and have someone call. Never happens.(Unless someone else calls to sell me another car) Major Problem at this time: Driver side electric seat back moves forward without warning at any given time. You can be setting still or doing 70 mph, the engine can be off or the engine can be running, it doesn't matter. I had it in for repair and I was charged for it. When it starred happening again I was told it was out of warranty and I would probably be charged again.I also can't tell you how many headlamps I've had to put in the car. I have also filed complaints to the NTSB concerning serveral concerns I have about this model. I believe I was mislead about this vehical from the beginng and nothing has impreesed me about how the dealership deals with these problems since then. I've probably just wasted my time again on Hallmark and Hyundai!!! More
