Outstanding!!!!!! Horrible experience; never buying any Hyundai again We had purchase a 2011 Sonata from this Hyundai dealership about 4 years ago. This past Thursday, our son was driving it home during rush hour traffi We had purchase a 2011 Sonata from this Hyundai dealership about 4 years ago. This past Thursday, our son was driving it home during rush hour traffic...on the interstate, on a dangerous curve, when the car suddenly, without warning, died. We had it towed to a service shop where we were told that the engine had frozen suddenly. Looking on-line, we discovered that 2011 Sonatas have a known history of sudden engine failure; there are multiple class-action lawsuits being filed. The car has just over 100,000 miles, so is no longer under warranty, but we still owed over $5000 on the car. We went to Hallmark Hyundai, where the sales person was entirely unsympathetic and offered no rebates, no help whatsoever on buying a new car, except for $500 for their now non-functioning car. We have gone to a Nissan dealership and had a much better experience, and will never be buying a Hyundai again, and are now looking into hiring a lawyer to pursue a claim. More
