Before you buy any car from this Hallmark Hyundai, READ THE SERVICE REVIEWS! They’re great at selling cars but aweful when it comes to servicing what they sell. 2 months for an oil change appt and 2 months for a malfunction light which can mean a minor or a major issue. Most of my neighbors have bad experience with the service dept at this dealership and they’re all willing to drive several miles to go to Cool Springs Hyundai in Franklin or Jim Johnson Hyundai in Bowling Green. It took 2 days for them to do an oil change and tire rotation on a neighbor’s Palisade then she still waited another hour and a half when she got there at the time they told her it’ll be ready. I wish I knew about their experiences before I purchased my car at Hallmark Hyundai or I would’ve bought a different vehicle from a dealership with good service reviews. I guess they don’t care as long as they already sold you the car. I will NEVER recommend buying a car from Hallmark Hyundai! More
(UPDATE) - 06/29/2024 - Purchased TWO vehicles in the last 24 months since 2022. Put together a deal with my same guy (will not list his name) for a THIRD vehicle with a trade. I knew I had a great deal and we worked to crunch numbers and I would pick it up on Monday July 1st 2024. The guy texted and called me to inform me 2 days prior that his sales team and managers sold the truck out from under him and me even though they knew there was a previous final deal in place. I'm not over dramatizing or blowing up the experience I'm simply stating the plain facts. It is first hand information. When it comes to money and profitable deals they place cars and deals above clients and any business who does this instead of building slow and steady relationships and growth may be profitable in the moment and suffer long term. If you place a deal together just understand that the package you put together may not be there when you arrive. Just a remarkable situation. More

My daughters car has been in the service department for almost 2 months-yes-2 months. It was supposed to be ready today. They keep finding stuff wrong. They have offered a multitude of excuses. Excellent experience. Josh was great! I had shopped other dealers but could never get anywhere near a fair price on my trade. Got the best deal and price at Hallmark with Josh was great! Got financing approved and drove my new Elantra home same day. It was well worth the trip, about 150 miles. They didn't even put a dealer logo on the car! I would gladly have accepted dealer license frame. More
Our experience with our salesman, Rod Parkin was excellent. Even during these strange times for car transactions, Hallmark made the experience painless. We made a deposit on a Santa Fe Calligraphy that was due to be delivered in early October but came in on August 19th. Rod called in the am to let us know the vehicle had already arrived. We drove off the lot with our new car that afternoon. The vehicle was sold at MSRP with none of the assessments that other dealers are charging these days. More
