Delivery sucked Salesman didn't know features of car. After a long wait in salesman's office I went to sales manager and we negotiated directly. I picked up the car the following day and salesman just handed me the key fob. No instruction on a very complex car with navigation system and a lot of bells and whistles. Previous purchase from this dealership three years ago was different. Salesman took over an hour and a half to explain features and we drove to make sure I knew them. Not this time. After arriving home I found out that I had to return to dealership to setup Bluelink. This was a 100 mile roundtrip for me. More
