My review I bought my Kia in 2011 and have had my car serviced at Halleen in North Olmsted since then. Service rep Mike Worthington, on a 1 to 10 scale, should I bought my Kia in 2011 and have had my car serviced at Halleen in North Olmsted since then. Service rep Mike Worthington, on a 1 to 10 scale, should be rated 12. I have dealt with him a number of times and he has always gone above and beyond each time. More

air conditioning hose was pluged I called Halleen dearler and they got me right in. My air conditioning hose was pluged and I had water on floor board of my car. I bought my car at me I called Halleen dearler and they got me right in. My air conditioning hose was pluged and I had water on floor board of my car. I bought my car at mentroses and I called them and they could not get me in for almost a week and were going were going to charge me where Halleen did not. I will start taking my car to Halleen to get my kia serviced. Thank you Halleen I appreciate your help. More

Excellent Service For a few months, my Sedona had an intermittent passenger side door lock. By the time we took it in for service, it was a few days out of warranty. M For a few months, my Sedona had an intermittent passenger side door lock. By the time we took it in for service, it was a few days out of warranty. Mike went the extra mile to help us have the Sedona repaired under warranty; saving us hundreds of dollars. We have always had excellent and courteous service from the Halleen Kia team. Great Help I have been to the service center a couple times becomes of issues I had with my car. Each time I was helped greatly and accommodated. Mike, in partic I have been to the service center a couple times becomes of issues I had with my car. Each time I was helped greatly and accommodated. Mike, in particular, was very knowledgable and nice. He answered any questions I had, even gave me tips on my new puppy. I will definitely be coming back for any future questions I have with my car.
