Great Help I have been to the service center a couple times becomes of issues I had with my car. Each time I was helped greatly and accommodated. Mike, in partic I have been to the service center a couple times becomes of issues I had with my car. Each time I was helped greatly and accommodated. Mike, in particular, was very knowledgable and nice. He answered any questions I had, even gave me tips on my new puppy. I will definitely be coming back for any future questions I have with my car. Excellent customer service! Recently took my car in for service. They got me in right away and were very pleasant and courteous. The waiting area was comfortable and clean. Charge you for no work This is the second time I've had to deal with their poor service. My first problem they tried to deny because it was under warranty. This time my 4 year old vehicle's radio and camera stopped working. They then charged me $120 to tell me this, and wanted to charge $620 to fix the radio on a 4 year old car!! If you want some one to tell you the obvious and charge you for it, then Halleen Kia is your team!! More

a surprisingly easy deal Came into the dealership today to have our KIA Sorento serviced not really looking to purchase or lease another vehicle, though we had been discuss Came into the dealership today to have our KIA Sorento serviced not really looking to purchase or lease another vehicle, though we had been discussing getting another auto for some time to replace my 2003 ford focus. While waiting for the Sorento to be completed we decided to check out the Soul just to see what it was like. Taking the soul and the forte for a ride and liking the soul better we decided to take one step further, then another and before we knew it we were driving home with a new car and what I feel a great deal. The entire process was fairly quick and easy, Jay our sales person was attentive and explained the process well. I would recommend Halleen KIA for your next vehicle purchase. More
