Quality Mechanic I would have given them 5 stars except for a little speed bump we had trying to schedule the service visit initially. We were told by the receptionist I would have given them 5 stars except for a little speed bump we had trying to schedule the service visit initially. We were told by the receptionist on the phone (don’t recall her name) that the mechanic (to be clear not Mike) needed to call us first before we could schedule service since we had a previous estimate for repairs in hand. After several days we called back when we didn’t hear from the mechanic and were then told we didn’t need to wait to hear from the mechanic to schedule service. A bit annoying to say the least. Once scheduled everything went smoothly and the work was done well and on time. Our mechanic Mike was very friendly and professional. We were very pleased with him. More

Service department visit I had my vehicle towed to gallery Kia due to a flashing engine light. I was able to rent a car while they took the time to replace the wiring harness.
