Had appt for car at 9am. I called at 1 pm to inquire about it and they hadn’t even looked at it yet. Didn’t get call to pick up until 5pm. Female service rep pointed me to where she thought was my car about it and they hadn’t even looked at it yet. Didn’t get call to pick up until 5pm. Female service rep pointed me to where she thought was my car and I told her it wasn’t. She wasn’t sure where it was and both of us went searching for it in the pouring rain until I located it a ridiculous distance on the lot. I got near it and all I could smell was gasoline which was even worse once I got in the car. I didn’t know what to think so I pulled into service center and asked. She said it was due to the repair and should go away in a day or so and admitted she should have said something to me. On another note…..I didn’t appreciate absolutely no employees wearing a mask especially when she was doing my paperwork and just sneezed without even turning her back towards me. Really? There’s STILL a pandemic going on. What a real disappointment and turn off to my experience there from beginning to end. Glad there are other KIA dealers to go to. More

I had to wait 3 month to replace my radio because the hands free did not work. Returned the vehicle and noticed the tech didn’t properly reinstall dash trim requiring another visit. I do appreciate that I have my car back.But when my car I do appreciate that I have my car back. But when my car just stopped on the freeway. Kia was no help. I had my car towed in. Had to pay for trans I do appreciate that I have my car back. But when my car just stopped on the freeway. Kia was no help. I had my car towed in. Had to pay for transportation for that day. Kia had no loaner. At first they couldn't even find my car on the lot for days. I had to pay 1000. For a rental. When they finally got me a loaner after three weeks that was fine. When my car was done and I turned my loaner in and got the keys, after they assured me they did a complete inspection. I went out and my car didn't start. After waiting another hour they told my battery was bad. This should have been checked out before I got there as they had my car for 2 months. I feel the battery was damaged due to the bad motor and all that had happened. But they told me that I had to pay 320.. for the battery. I feel at the very least I should be reimbursed for 1000. For the rental car and 320. For the battery. Not to mention the inconvenience, and other money spent due to the engine size. More
