I called because my check engine light went on, and the soonest appointment I could get was 15 days later. I was charged $153 for diagnostic, service, supplies (?) and tax. Part not under covered under 10 year, 100,000 mile warranty. Part not available, a two day wait, with payment in advance. This took almost two hours because they decided to do a multi point inspection without informing me, which brought the estimate to almost $2,800. All these "multi point" issues had nothing to do with the check engine light. More
