Extremely friendly and helpful without any of the pushy sales tactics. I typically do not like car shopping because sales people tend to be pushy and make me feel uncomfortable. Vanessa was great about ans sales tactics. I typically do not like car shopping because sales people tend to be pushy and make me feel uncomfortable. Vanessa was great about answering all my questions and and doing everything she could to get us in our dream car, and I never got that icky sales vibe. She bent over backwards for us to ensure we could wrap up the purchase on our timeline, and even recommended a great place to stop for lunch! We drove 4 hours to buy this car, and I would happily do it again. Honestly the best car buying experience of my life. More
