Travis greeted me in less than a minute in the parking lot with a warm, friendly smile, and inquired how he could help me. I told him I was interested in learning more about the Sportage and possibly tak lot with a warm, friendly smile, and inquired how he could help me. I told him I was interested in learning more about the Sportage and possibly take a test drive. After reviewing what options/features were important to me, I test drove one thinking that was what I wanted, but it felt cramped and claustrophobic compared to my previous car - a late model Ford Edge.. Travis then did some research and had me test drive two other Kias that were a little larger and more spacious- Telluride and Sorento. The entire time he was very courteous, professional, and most of all, very patient, especially when it came to all those symbols, touch screen, push button start, etc.. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and professional. David gave me a great deal on my trade and Richard was very thorough in explaining the financing and warranties. When I stopped by the next day with my new Sorento, Travis was very happy to answer my questions and provide training on more of the features. He told me to stop by anytime I have more questions. Not helpfull at all. They "fixed" nothing. Replaced no parts. Did bare minimum to investigate one of my problems. And wouldn't service some of my parts bc they weren't pu They "fixed" nothing. I did have a few complaints about the experience. 1) you had said that the "total purchase price" was $42,965. I only found out that this didn't include tax when I sat down with the finance guy (Pa 1) you had said that the "total purchase price" was $42,965. At that point, I was forced to pay after driving 7 hours. 2) the $995 clear coat charge is something that I don't want. I understand it is already on the car. I don't even know how it is supposed to be used. Can you honestly say that it is worth the cost? 3) the delays in delivery were very annoying. Even more so was the lack of visibility. I had to call Aaron and Kia corporate multiple times for anything to happen. Then the car arrived the next day 4) the free oil change is useless to me since I am 7 hours away More
