I had a bulge in my left front tire that I noticed on a Sunday night. On Monday, I went to Kia of Sandusky and they were very helpful fitting me in to check out the issue. Staff is so courteous!! I had a wonderful experience at Halleen Kia. Upon my arrival I was met by Marla at the door and we immediately started working. I already knew what I wanted as I had visited another Kia deale Upon my arrival I was met by Marla at the door and we immediately started working. I already knew what I wanted as I had visited another Kia dealership but wasn't happy with my experience, I was asked to pay $5000 over MSRP. I drove over an hour to Halleen and had a completely different experience. I will only do business with Halleen going forward! Marla and the finance team were very transparent in the whole transaction. More

Very pleased with my experience at the dealership. Marla was excellent... she was able to answer my questions about the vehicle, was upfront and transparent on the pricing and played no games.
