My family and I came to Sandusky from Alabama to visit family for Christmas. While here our Kia Sorento had a problem with the rear hatch latch not working. I called the service department and spoke with family for Christmas. While here our Kia Sorento had a problem with the rear hatch latch not working. I called the service department and spoke with Zack. He was extremely friendly and told me that they would take care of my vehicle. I brought my car there and was met by Kevin who was great and assured me that we would be taken care of. Everyone that we encountered in your dealership were very friendly and professional. Sandusky Ohio should be grateful to have a dealership service that cares for there customers, even those from 600 miles away. My family and I would like you to acknowledge Zack and especially Kevin for there impeccable customer service and sense of urgency to help. They even washed our vehicle! Thanks again. More
