The sales people were very helpful , and very knowledgeable about the vehicles that are for sale. I bought a 2023 Sportage and the salesperson showed me how to use everything in it which was awes knowledgeable about the vehicles that are for sale. Stopped on 4/23 from Holland, MI. Has a clicking sound like a bad CV Joint. Jacob Hill addressed this ASAP! What they found was a missing lug nut and the right front wheel was loose Has a clicking sound like a bad CV Joint. Jacob Hill addressed this ASAP! What they found was a missing lug nut and the right front wheel was loose... The Windshield Washer Pump had been replaced in early February.... totally perplexed by what they discovered.. Jacob and the service tech were SUPERB!! I wish our local dealer service was as good!! My wife and I send our CONGRATULATIONS on the professonalism of Jacob and the service Tech!! BRAVO!! Job Well Done!! More
