my wife and i went to halleen kia of north olmsted ohio we where just looking for my wife a car because she works 60 miles away and her car was getting to old we just bought a house so we didnt know if she we where just looking for my wife a car because she works 60 miles away and her car was getting to old we just bought a house so we didnt know if she could get a new car or not bryan met us on the lot and asked what we were looking for and how much we would like the payments to be well we told him around 250.00 a month he went to work not only did he keep the payments to 250.00 a month he did it with no money out of pocket and to make thing even better we asked about a second car for me because i had a 1995 truck he worked hard and got our second car for under 250.00 a month and only 500.00 out of my pocket we could not beleave how he kept the payments not only for the first car but the second car as well under 250.00 a month i will recommend bryan megon and halleen kia to every one who askes me about cars they where awsome and realy went the extra mile to help us get into our new cars but understood that we were on a budget and stuck with what we asked them too with no sales games or double talk if you are in need of a car then you should really give them a chance to help you find a kia that fits you and your budget the whole team they have will bend over backwards to try and get you the most savings as they can and the most for you trade in as well! and to the men on halleen kias sale and finace team on scale from 1 to 10 you guys rate a 15 in my book and you have a customer for life the booher family More

i have been dealing with dealership since we purchased our vehicle. they have been nothing but trouble. the customer service people and (esepcially the men) have been very difficult to work with. they t our vehicle. they have been nothing but trouble. the customer service people and (esepcially the men) have been very difficult to work with. they think they can push women around and get there way. well, we have filled complaints with the BBB and have changed dealerships now. I have never been treated the way tey treat people and women in general. I would not recommend them to anyone. That is both the Kia dealership and the chevolet were they have your car worked on. My experience started with a phone call late on a Sunday afternoon just to get some basic information. I had called a few different dealerships and no one wants to give customer service over the phone,they afternoon just to get some basic information. I had called a few different dealerships and no one wants to give customer service over the phone,they all say "come and we'll talk", until I tried Kia. I spoke with Mandy and she was able and willing to answer all of my questions right then and there. She followed up with me as promised and made my visit to the showroom the next day a comfortable one. She introduced us to Matt our salesman and he was prepared for our visit. He already knew our price range and had cars ready for us to view. Our trade in car was 18 years old, and yes we had a few good laughs about the gadgets in the models we test drove. Matt was patient and explained everything, even helped with set up the blue tooth with us. While waiting for the car to be detailed we had a few minutes to speak with the other salesmen there, also very nice. They all made us very comfortable from the first phone call, the first foot in the door til the last step to our new car. I will refer all my friends and family to Matt, Mandy and Halleen Kia ! More
