I was very nervous about coming to a new car dealership. I recently had a job downsize and some credit issues. When I arrived at Haleen My salesman (Bob) put me at ease right away. I had not bought a car in 15 years and was not looking forward to the process now. Russ Hersey was the Sales Consultant I met and went with to test drive a new Sportage. Russ decribed all the features of the car and went over pricing which was what I was interested in at first. At no time did I feel pressured by Russ to purchase the car. The night I was to go back & make the purchase (Jan 15th) it was freezing cold, snowing like crazy & my old car had no lights. Russ came to pick me up at my home and we stayed together until 10:30 pm to do all the paperwork and get the car insurance set up. I did a lot of research before I bought my Sportage and I feel I received an excellent price and top notch treatment by Russ and all the other Halleen staff I worked with. If I needed another car tomorrow I would go back to Russ Hersey and Halleen Kia. More
