Car shopping/buying can be a very stressful situation...this experience was anything but that. I went to Halleen Kia, after doing my homework online, to purchase a new Kia Soul. I knew what I wanted, what I could afford and also knew what I needed to get for my trade. I was greeted by Don Bazzo who was very friendly, knowledgable and very helpful getting me where I needed to be, numbers wise. It turned out it was more advantagious for me to Lease. He gave me all the time I needed, without any pressure whatsoever, to make my decision. We completed all of the paperwork and then it was off to the dreaded finance office. The Finance office can sometimes bring you right back down to earth after the excitement of purchasing a new vehicle. In my case, I met with Oleg, who first congratulated me on my new car and then proceeded to explain all of the forms, maintenace programs, and the reward program. He was so organized that it went very quickly. He was very patient with me explaining everything I had questions on and there was no pressure. My excitment never waivered. I was smiling ear to ear driving my new Kia Soul out of the dealership lot! :) I would definitely recommend Halleen Kia, Don Bazzo and the entire Staff! As a rookie to purchasing a vehicle, I was uncertain about the process and apprehensive about even bothering. I could no longer see myself driving my current car, but wasnt sure if I would be eaten aliv about the process and apprehensive about even bothering. Laura was very affable and helpful from the first moment, and extremely patient as I learned the process and looked at cars. I made it clear how interested I was in the car I ended up buying, but she didn't use that as leverage in the sale, and helped me find an affordable plan. She legimately took the time to get to know me and introduced me to those assisting in the process. It was a painless. The kicker is, she saw a ding in my windshield on the way out and told me she would have someone contact me about fixing it free of charge, even if it meant replacing the windshield. Within 5 minutes of leaving I recieved a call from said company and have an appointment for them to come to my apartment and fix it. Bad people. I spoke to an 'Internet' Sales person (Nilda) who initially said that my application was looked at and if they had seen a need for a co-signer they would have mentioned this to me. There was no mention and now two weeks later, for a car of lesser value, I suddenly need an co-signer. Nilda, your notes are poorly kept. I said that I'd like to go no down payment AFTER you mentioned that there was no need for a co-signer. You know - you've lost my business today and in the future. More
