Bob was more than helpful at assisting me. I have been with Kia for 4 years now, and when I decided to try and trade my vehicle in Charles was extremely helpful. He worked with me and tried to do his best to get me in a new Kia. The time that he spe to try and trade my vehicle in Charles was extremely helpful. He worked with me and tried to do his best to get me in a new Kia. The time that he spent was greatly appreciated. Everyone worked very hard to help me as much as possible. If it wasnt for Charles' friendly smile and great personality I would have been very nervous, but instead I felt comfortable and he reassured me to just relax and let him take care of it.
