Brought my Kia in for recall work. The dealer did not have the part so I have to bring the car back again. When I pick up my car, they snapped of my antenna in the car wash, making me wait almost a half have the part so I have to bring the car back again. When I pick up my car, they snapped of my antenna in the car wash, making me wait almost a half hour on my lunch break to pick up my car. Any service I have had done there is always much more expensive then work at a local garage, with lower quality. I will not buy another car from this dealership. More

I had gone to another Kia dealer and they, outside of the sales staff were not friendly and not willing to work with me. When I went to Halleen Kia they were very friendly and knowledgable from sales Matt R sales staff were not friendly and not willing to work with me. When I went to Halleen Kia they were very friendly and knowledgable from sales Matt Rogalski to management Teddy Stout and Don Bazzo. They treated us as I would expect if I were buying a $50,000 car, not a $20,000 car. They all made sure that every step of the way was explained to us, and done correctly. I am very impressed with Halleen Kia, and even though I live 45 miles from them and there are 3 closer Kia dealers, I will return to Halleen in the future and send all my friends and family there as well. although, I detest $85 for a battery install, and this is the 3rd time in 6week weve been in for service, Having Vince to make all the troubles go away does seem worth it. When we went to Halleen we did not intend to buy that day, but we were so impressed with the financing, plenty of information, with our questions completely answered ,the vehicle (Kia Rondo) and Jay Vicario that we were ready to buy that day. My wife and I have been impressed with the friendly follow-up phone calls and e-mails from Jay and the dealership. Plus, since our purchase we have had to use the service department for waranty work and were extremely impressed with the friendliness, willingness to help, the loaner car, and the quality of the service. Oh, we also have enjoyed a few free carwashes, and we love the vehicle! More
