Since April 2010, i had two vehicles that were at the end of their lease. I needed a new vehicle in April and one in August. I do not have good credit at all. Since then... i have been to, no exaggeration, 3 of their lease. I needed a new vehicle in April and one in August. I do not have good credit at all. Since then... i have been to, no exaggeration, 30+ dealerships looking for vehicles to fit my budget and vehicles that i felt were safe and reliable to put my son in. The only dealership that met my needs both times, 4 months apart, was Halleen Kia of North Olmsted. Every person on the staff was very friendly and delightful to work with. The best part of my experience was my Salesman. His name is Arnaldo Rivera and he is awesome!!!! This is a man that i learned in our conversation that he had recently lost a loved one in his family. He still had the same smile and professionalism that he did the first time we visited him. Amazing!!! On my second purchase, his shift ended at 6:00 pm and he left at 9:45 pm once our sale was complete. I can only assume that all of the Salesmen are the same. I WILL ALWAYS go to Halleen Kia first from this point on when i am looking for a vehicle. I WILL ALWAYS ask for Arnaldo Rivera to be my Salesman.
