Not only is he friendly and informed, he listens and doesn't push. I didn't feel like I was wheeling and dealing with him; I felt like he was providing a personal and fair service to me. I would send any of my friends to him in an instant. Halleen Kia also beat an online offer we found at another dealership before coming in. I was happy and satisfied when I left the dealership, so when I picked up my car two days later, the feeling was only sweetened by the free audio upgrade package I found in my new Soul. More
