No pressure to buy (either the vehicle or any add-ons in F&I). The salesman (Russ) was knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. Only negative, and this is minor, is that when I picked up the new vehicl F&I). The salesman (Russ) was knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. Only negative, and this is minor, is that when I picked up the new vehicle, the tire pressure monitoring system lights were on; this has to be remedied a couple of days later by a return visit to reprogram the sensors. In fairness, the vehicle had a touch of corrosion on the alloy wheels, and they remedied this by giving me another set off of another vehicle, which apparently is what necessitated the reprogram. By the time they were done swapping the wheels, it was late and the service tech who could do the reprogram was gone for the day. All in all, my most pleasant car purchase ever, new or otherwise. Recommended. More
