The only reason I gave the overall experience a 4 and not a 5 rating was because I have had to return to the dealership twice to sign and resign paperwork that should have been completed on the first visit (not my fault). This wouldn't be a huge issue if I didn't live so far from North Olmstead, but since I do, it has been an inconvenience. If you come to Halleen, ask for Laura to be your saleswoman and when you are finalizing the sale with the finance manager, make sure all paperwork is signed. More
