I cannot stress strongly enough what a true pleasure it was dealing with Halleen Kia! Because they had the exact model with the options I wanted, I drove from Pittsburgh, PA to Ohio. I can say, without a doubt, it was more than worth the drive! This was the most pleasurable car buying experience ever! Seriously, having dealt with other dealers and other makes previously, none of them can touch the magical combination of people Halleen Kia has assembled. Gregg Zolnai, who was my sales consultant, was fantastic. There was no pressure and he was able to answer all of my questions about the vehicle. Even the actual negotiation process was smooth and easy. It gets even better. I felt great going in because I had already been pre-approved for financing using the Capital One Blank Check program. So, check in hand, I felt good and confident. Gregg and the Finance Director said, "We probably can beat that rate, if you'd like us to check." It seemed like a good idea and I must say, my jaw dropped with the rate they were able to secure for me. I'm not saying it can happen for everyone, but in my case, I couldn't believe it. It just iced the cake on an already great car buying experience. Finally, upon delivery, I want to point out another reason to choose Halleen Kia. Gregg Zolnai took the time to fully explain the operation of my new Soul. Given that it had the keyless ignition and a host of other electronics, he took the time to show me how to use them, paired my iPhone to the car, show me how to speak to the car to control the phone and went over every control and function. Who does this anymore? Customer service at most businesses is next to non-existent. At Halleen Kia, it is alive and well. What a refreshing change. Kudos to Gregg! I am enjoying it that much more since he got everything up and running for me. So, for anyone in the market for a new car, check out Halleen Kia. Car shopping/buying can be a very stressful situation...this experience was anything but that. I went to Halleen Kia, after doing my homework online, to purchase a new Kia Soul. I knew what I wanted, what I could afford and also knew what I needed to get for my trade. I was greeted by Don Bazzo who was very friendly, knowledgable and very helpful getting me where I needed to be, numbers wise. It turned out it was more advantagious for me to Lease. He gave me all the time I needed, without any pressure whatsoever, to make my decision. We completed all of the paperwork and then it was off to the dreaded finance office. The Finance office can sometimes bring you right back down to earth after the excitement of purchasing a new vehicle. In my case, I met with Oleg, who first congratulated me on my new car and then proceeded to explain all of the forms, maintenace programs, and the reward program. He was so organized that it went very quickly. He was very patient with me explaining everything I had questions on and there was no pressure. My excitment never waivered. As a rookie to purchasing a vehicle, I was uncertain about the process and apprehensive about even bothering. Laura was very affable and helpful from the first moment, and extremely patient as I learned the process and looked at cars. I made it clear how interested I was in the car I ended up buying, but she didn't use that as leverage in the sale, and helped me find an affordable plan. She legimately took the time to get to know me and introduced me to those assisting in the process. It was a painless. The kicker is, she saw a ding in my windshield on the way out and told me she would have someone contact me about fixing it free of charge, even if it meant replacing the windshield. Within 5 minutes of leaving I recieved a call from said company and have an appointment for them to come to my apartment and fix it.
