I LOVE MY NEW OPTIMA!!!!!!!!! I've purchased two vehicles from Brad in the past two years. First car I've ever purchased from a dealership and it was a Kia soul manual transmission I've purchased two vehicles from Brad in the past two years. First car I've ever purchased from a dealership and it was a Kia soul manual transmission which I did never operated a manual transmission vehicle ever before. Brad taught me how to use stick shift and I drove my first car and first manual right off the lot. It's an experience like that which brought me back to this dealership. I was happy with my purchase the first time. Loved my Kia soul but my family grew and the need for a vehicle that had more storage capability grew. Every question I had Brad answered and showed me all the facts I needed to know. The negotiating was fair and I walked out grinning about my new car. Funny thing is the whole intent of my visit was to get prices not purchase, if that tells you how good these guys are. It's now been several weeks later and I'm more than happy with my Kia optima. It drives so smooth,just everything about it is amazing. To top it off too, we were guessing whether the vehicle had remote start or not before I left the lot and I stumbled across it the other day that I do. Add it to the list of things that makes me happy about this purchase. I can't thank these guys enough and thanks to the finance guy oleg for everything. More

Great Customer Service Even After the Car Leaves the Lot! I came into Halleen Kia with the intention of keeping my options open. I was in a bit of a sticky situation with my current leasing situation at the I came into Halleen Kia with the intention of keeping my options open. I was in a bit of a sticky situation with my current leasing situation at the time. My lease was not going to be up for another 4 ish months. Jim was very, very helpful in explaining my situation to me in ways other dealerships did not. I was able to understand the benefit of purchasing a car at this time while keeping my lease, it just didn't make sense to get rid of the lease since I would be basically losing money if I did that. There was a great selection of used cars available for me to look at. I actually looked at a 2015 car from the new sales side and decided to stick with a used 2013. Every car I looked at fit into the mileage and year I wanted. Even after the car was purchased and I went back home to Columbus, Jim was available whenever I needed him. I was having issues with Sirius and he was able to resolve the situation immediately. I was even on my way to Chicago and he was able to help me with an issue over the phone. I never felt pressured to buy anything and I think that is what eventually led to my decision to purchase my vehicle. I felt like the decision was all mine and I was not influenced by any pushy sales person. I would highly recommend this dealership - and if you're looking in the used department - make sure you get with Jim! More
