Justin was our #'s guy in finance and was a pleasure to work with as well. We left Halleen on Sunday afternoon w/ our Kia Soul. We would recommend Halleen to anyone who's looking for a car. Took for a test drive, and left with a new car! Nothing but positive things to say about our experience! Drove about 40 mins to test drive a Sedona, with no plans on taking it home the same day... Everyone from Phyllis, to Renaldo and Justin... they were all fantastic to work with! Renaldo answered all our questions and was extremely knowledgeable. Very patient and just a pleasure. Justin got us in and out quickly with all the paperwork we needed, and Phyllis was actually our first contact via email with Halleen. Very prompt and helpful... just a great experience from beginning to end. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a car, van or SUV. You won't be disappointed! More

We chose a Kia Forte and are very happy with the car. Just wish the car would have come with a spare tire. Overall the experience at Halleen Kia of North Olmsted was wonderful. We had purchased a 2016 Chevy Silverado in February of 2016 , I thought I wanted a truck, made a mistake not what I thought it was. Great Experience, One of the easiest car purchases ever! Went looking for a used SUV to replace our 8 year old vehicle, and visited several dealerships in the area. We had done some internet research, and f Went looking for a used SUV to replace our 8 year old vehicle, and visited several dealerships in the area. We had done some internet research, and found different vehicles to look at. We looked at a few of the Sorrento's on the lot of Halleen Kia and test drove one in particular. One of our requirements was a low mileage vehicle, and the Sorrento that we test drove was a 2014 model with only 5200 miles on it. It looked like a brand new vehicle! Our salesman Jim McConville, couldn't have been nicer! He was very knowledgeable and was there to answer any questions, but was not bothersome, or high pressure. After the test drive, we decided that we wanted to purchase the vehicle. Even though the dealership was about to close, Jim remained to help us navigate the deal. All of the negotiations were pleasant, and things worked out well, and we picked up our new vehicle! Jim is a 20 year employee with Halleen, and I would HIGHLY recommend them both! We will come back in the future for our next purchase! More
