The day I purchased my car Jim made sure the car was washed, had a full tank of gas and he provided me with the Vin number so I had the insurance paperwork ready when I picked up the car. WOW what a difference! In 30 years of buying cars I have to say this was BY FAR the easiest transaction I have ever had buying a car! Jim greeted me as I walked away from my car to look at new cars and was not the typical salesman. He was easy going, not pushy and gave me a chance to walk around if I chose to. Being that I started the purchase online everything was in the system already. We took a test drive and my opinion of KIA was instantly change. The car was a pleasure to drive, seemed solid and handled well. Doing the paperwork at the dealership was easy, Jim gave me options and revised my options when I asked for different down payments. The credit department was a breeze and I was in and out in about 90 minutes from the time I stepped on the lot to I left with my new car. Overall, this was the best experience buying a car I have ever had and would highly recommend doing business with Jim again. More
