New car experience I am giving this review 5 stars ONLY because of my sales person Arnaldo Rivera. He was amazing, he was never pushy, was honest and took the time after I am giving this review 5 stars ONLY because of my sales person Arnaldo Rivera. He was amazing, he was never pushy, was honest and took the time after I purchased my first new car to go over all the features. However, the finance manager Oleg Vera was unbelievably rude, arrogant and pushy to spend more money on things that I did not want. I would go back to Halleen Kia and deal with Arnaldo again happily, but I would make sure to steer clear from Oleg. He made what was supposed to be an exciting day for me frustrating and draining. When we arrived, we were greeted by Brian Stang who took great care of us the rest of the day. He helped us get into a great car I could afford! He was helpful and answered all of my questions and he was patient when we emptied out our old car.... Never knew how much junk I had in there. Thanks Brian! Matt was the money man who completed the process. He made sure all the important financial documents were in order and was even able to lower my payment a few dollars.
