When I took it back to the dealership to get fixed, I had to pay for gas in a loaner car and I felt I shouldn't have to pay anything as I just bought a new car. It was an electric problem and when I got the car back, I had to set up the clock, etc. I expected the car returned to me as I left it. More

Excellent customer service I went to Halleen Kia because a coworker suggested them. I took my Sorento in for an oil change and went to sales since my lease was expiring in April I went to Halleen Kia because a coworker suggested them. I was nervous buying a car since my husband was the one that always purchased our cars.
