Overjoyed w/ my New Kia Sportage & Jim McConville. I was in my care listening to the radio when a commercial came on. All i heard is that we will pay up to $6,000 off on your lease or payoff. I had just put $1k into my Kia Soul, with 107,.. mileage on it and still owed more than what I mentioned above. I knew i would need to put more money into it. I felt stuck. That evening my boyfried and I went into Halleen Kia. We were greeted my Jim McConville. What a friendly face. We sat down and discussed all our options. Jim gave it to us straight, right from the hip. He was honest and very personable. Turns out he was best friends forever with my boyfriends Uncle. What a small world. I guess this trip was meant to be. Jim was able to work a miracle and put us in a brand new Kia 2018 Sportage. (I drive to much for a lease) They gave me more than my soul was worth, fantastic warranty (I felt safe driving again) and my payment only went up $50, with the 0% financing. Jim went above a beyond and he stayed late to explain every feature of my new Sportage and he knew his product well. I have never had a sales person know what every feature does and he took the time to go through how to work every single one. Not only was he very knowledgeable and informed about his craft bu This past Saturday I purchased a brand new 2018 Kia Optima from Michael at Halleen. Not only was he very knowledgeable and informed about his craft but he took the time to make me feel comfortable with my decision and did everything he could to help me. I came to Kia with an Equity issue of about 6000 dollars and, frankly, I was embarrassed. I was expecting to be met with skepticism and a "cant help you" kind of attitude like I got from Nissan Bedford and Spitzer. However, Michael clearly laid out my options for me and did everything he could to keep my payment as low as possible while still putting me in an awesome vehicle. Furthermore, the experience was fast and as fun as buying a car can be. I think I spent maybe 2 hours there tops , before driving off in a brand new vehicle. 10/10 would reccomend Michael and Halleen Kia to anyone. I plan on trading up for a Stinger on a couple years! More
