Another happy repeat customer! Let me preface this with the fact that I'm in sales and have been my entire life so I am probably a bit more observant. This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Halleen Kia North Olmsted. My family has purchased here as well on my recommendation ?. I came in to look at trading in my purchased Kia vehicle (with 2 years left to pay it off. I already knew I sitting at about "a wash" i.e. even equity if I traded in. The last two sales team members I had worked with were no longer there. (The last gentleman I worked with was Pat Halleen, who's now over at Sandusky, having been promoted. Go Pat!) I initially spoke with Justin, who promptly greeted me, I was assured that he would introduce me to someone equally knowledgeable and friendly. After just a moment, I was greeted by Arnaldo who immediately made me feel at ease. Through taking the time to get to know me and exactly what I was looking for, we narrowed my choices down to two makes of vehicles and shortly thereafter I had gotten approved and made my vehicle choice. We had leased two Kia Souls (back-to-back) and were approaching the end of our lease. Upon entering the dealership, I was approached by Jim McConville in a friendly and professional manner. He offered to test drive two vehicles with me and was honest about which one would better meet my needs. As a mom of two young kids, Jim understood that I didn't have much time to commit to the car buying process. He was able to work out the finances, the details of returning a leased car, and any other details all over email and text. It was so convenient! He even called my insurance company and switched over the new vehicle to our insurance. WOW! Finally, signing the paperwork was expedient thanks to all the prep work Jim did before we got there.
