Great employees but loyalty means nothing to Kia We have now bought 2 cars from Jim McConville and I highly recommend him to anyone going to Kia for their car! He’s a great salesman and really cares about his customers. Our first car we bought almost 6 years ago and he still reached out to ask us about that car, which led us to buy our second one with Jim! With that said, Kia, doesn’t care about customer loyalty at all. We came back as returning customers and we felt we really got slighted in a lot of ways from the dealership. We took a car in for trade in and got $1000s of dollars below Kelly Blue Book. Very disappointing and as much as we loved our customer service aspect of everything we don’t know how “loyal” we will stay to Kia now that we know that don’t really care about their returning customers.
