He answered all of my questions, located the Kia Soul I wanted, did a test drive and then the paperwork. Charles was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the Soul which included the "here's everything you need to know about the Kia Soul" before you drive it off the lot. I was comfortable and ready to challenge the Cleveland area traffic in my sweet little Soul. Jay Vicario helped me with the money aspect and the paperwork.
