Car not totally cleaned Last time we leased a car and it was prefect inside and out. This time we bought a used car (2018 Ford Flex) and it was storming that night so we couldn't tell when we picked it up, but it smelled like they cleaned it, however, in the morning the smell was gone and we could see the whole car needed washed out and swept. So we wondered if they just spray clean car spray. It had been swept once you cld tell but there was marks on doors, back panels, seats, etc. inside that had dirt marks. We washed it out ourselves and now looks prefect. They did wash the outside of it. Greg had gotten very sick so Jon said he would handle the closing sale for him. We don't know who dropped the ball, but this is something that shouldn't happen again to ppl. Otherwise things went well and we appreciate doing business there again with them and would otherwise would recommend them. More
