Surprising Experience We walked in the Kia dealership of North Olmsted with little hope of buying a car, but figured we try. It was very busy but within a few minutes Gregg Z. introduced himself and took us to his desk, we explained our situation and he immediately explained what our best options would be. He was very knowledgeable, understanding and sympathetic to our dilemma. The first car we test drove was a little small for our family, but without hesitation he went back out in the pouring rain and brought a 2019 Kia Soul that was perfect. I want to take a moment and thank everyone that worked on getting us this new car, Gregg was knowledgeable, kind, and very helpful at all times.
