She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and funny! She made the car buying experience very fun and WAY LESS stressful than I've been through before. We didn't feel pressured to buy, nor did she try to steer us towards one car or another. She wanted to make sure we got what WE wanted and it was absolutely awesome. It almost felt like we were buying a car from a friend, we talked business, intermittently talked personal lives and got to know each other. We went in on Friday to buy my boyfriend's car, and liked Elizabeth so much we went back Sunday to buy myself a car!! Matt was also super awesome! He got to know us on a more personal level as we went through the finance portion of the process. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, yet quick! I had an awesome experience at this dealership and would definitely recommend to others. (On a side note. I've had HORRIBLE experiences at my local Kia Dealerships and have driven a Kia Soul for 4 years, so I've dealt with my fair share of dealerships.
