I really appreciated the atmosphere and how knowledgeable the sales person was. No nonsense and straightforward approach. No sales gimmicks here. Traded in a lease for a 2021 used car. My credit wasn’t so great when I started looking a few months ago, but after repairing and updating my credit capacity, came back to the North Olmsted specifically because of the way they treated me at the beginning.
