I walked into the dealership and was greeted right away by Jim. I had to bring my two littles with me so I was already stressed about that. I knew what vehicle I wanted when I went in, Jim did not try to s by Jim. I had to bring my two littles with me so I was already stressed about that. I knew what vehicle I wanted when I went in, Jim did not try to steer me in a different direction, he was not pushy at all, just did his best with my budget and boom. He put me and my family of five in a 2025 Telluride and I had already been shopping around and was so defeated by all the other dealerships and their sales people. Jim was a breath of fresh air to work with. I brought my husband back the next day and we drove home a new and safe car for our family. Jim and Joshua at Halleen Kia made this experience great. I will defiantly be back for future purchases. From beginning to end, amazing. keep up the great work guys! More
