I brought my RAV4 for its first Toyota Care check up today, and, thanks to the information and assistance Ms. Michelle Bozeman provided, I was also able to purchase a much needed set of running boards, today, and, thanks to the information and assistance Ms. Michelle Bozeman provided, I was also able to purchase a much needed set of running boards, installed and ready to use! They look fantastic on my vehicle and make entry and exit so much easier. As the service time was going to be longer than originally planned due to installation of the running boards, Ms. Bozeman also arranged for a ride from the dealership to my home, and back to pick up my vehicle. Thank you so very much to Ms. Bozeman for the courteous, professional, and overall excellent service she provided me. More

I have bought many vehicles at this location when it was Charles Barker. Sales staff and scheduling maintenance was outstanding. I hate the call center use for scheduling maintenance. I do not want an answering machine telling me to leave a name and number and someone will get back to me. This time, it was the day after when I was contacted. I was contacted only after I complained on Facebook messenger. The call center feels so disconnected from what is going on with the shop. After saying all of that, it was a good experience once I got the chance to stand in front of Chis when dropping my truck off. This gentleman made me feel better about dealing with Hall Toyota. He was all business and answered all of my questions as it pertained to my visit. He, and only he gave me a reason to consider continuing business there. More

With appointment, it takes more than 4 hrs for a simple vehicle alignment to be done. What is the purpose of having an appointment, if your vehicle is not getting serviced on appointment time?
