I recently had an altercation with a deer that resulted in some front-end damage. She had a used Rav4 on the lot in great condition, the same year as mine, with fewer miles - and the beautiful color of Merlot (which became its name). Alison was not only committed but genuinely happy for me and fun to work with. She worked closely with her manager, Anthony Parker to get me a very fair trade-in value, and the finance manager, Tegen Titus worked with the bank and DMV to make my involvement painless.
