I took my 2002 Toyota Tacoma to have some routine service work done. They charged me for servicing a front-end differential which my truck does not have because it's two-wheel drive. I called today September 15th so inform that that Navy Fed said I have not received a credit yet. Hall Toyota looked into it, said they don't know what happened, said a credit has been issued and gave me a reference number. I don't know whether I should believe them or not. I will just have to wait till my next statement. I will never go there again. More

Chris Belcher in the service department was absolutely amazing to work with! First time I came to this dealership after I have experienced a nightmare with another dealership and I am sooo glad I came her amazing to work with! Received oil change and tire rotation and he noticed my state inspection was going to be due soon and took care of it without me asking since it’s free. He knows how precious time is in a busy schedule and this saved me an additional trip so I truly appreciate that! Also LOVE the video they have of the inspection of your car and if they recommend anything it’s shown in the video. Lastly he pointed out that they can pick up and deliver my vehicle next time if it’s easier for me and I just think that is such an added bonus!
