Highly disappointed. $175.99 to be told the exact same message that was on the screen of our 2007 Camry Hybrid that we were able to read ourselves. Literally no work was attempted nor completed for that price since we were told it would have cost an additional estimate of another $180 to attempt to fix it by purchasing a map disk to install. My husband and I had a HORRIBLE experience at Hall Toyota. We scheduled an appointment to see a vehicle and when we arrived, the vehicle was not ready. After purchasing the vehicle, they promised to Toyota. We scheduled an appointment to see a vehicle and when we arrived, the vehicle was not ready. After purchasing the vehicle, they promised to detail the car and clean it up and that it would be ready in 5 days. That day came and we called for an update only to be told that they hadn't even started on the vehicle. We were told to wait another week, given a loner car, and told that they were going "above and beyond". We reminded our sales rep (Alissa Ruparelia) that our vehicle was not ready when we initially came and there was lack of communication. We finally received the car to find that the middle chair was broken, there were missing parts of the carpet, and the vehicle was dirty on the inside. Alissa refused to return our phone calls and Cole Stoddard helped us out tremendously but confirmed Services were aware of the damages and did nothing. More
