As far as I’m concerned, when it comes to a vehicle purchase all dealerships are the same. They entice and promise the world. Sales person Phoebe Lagas and her Bossman Matt Kuhlman gave me a deal that was hard to pass up. And this was done with zero sales pressure, exactly the kind of buying experience I wanted. The dealership itself is well kept as far as the showroom’s layout. Plenty of amenities, and not overwhelming. A beer tap would’ve been nice, but hey, baby steps. Our Salesmen Bill was very easygoing and made the process very smooth. The only thing I am disappointed with is the cleanliness of the vehicle. The van was not vacuumed, washed, or windows cleaned when we left the dealership. We did have to bring the van back a few days later to get our state inspection sticker and I was told it would be taken care of as far as getting it detailed. Unfortunately, it was not cleaned it was in the same condition as when we dropped off the vehicle. Other than that the sales staff and other associates we talked with were very friendly and accommodating. The sales manager Mike even got us set up with a license plate bracket which was not with the vehicle at the time of purchase. More
