Don’t waste your time and money After driving an exhausting 9 hours from Massachusetts to Virginia Beach and spending countless amounts of money on tolls and gas. Me and my friend could not have been more dissapointed with our experience at Charles Barker Toyota. After being jerked around by the sales manager who made us wait for hours just to be told that my money and my fathers co-sign were no good there. I would not recommended this dealer to someone unless they want to want to get ripped off and treated with no hospitality once so ever. Being a business major myself and knowing what proper customer service should be Charles barker Toyota would NEVER be a place that I would do business with and I also hope that other will read this review and hopefully know what they are getting into before they consider doing any business here.
